2010 FAME Client Survey Feedback

In 2010 FAME sent out a SURVEY to our client base, soliciting frank feedback on topics ranging from perceived value to the use of individual software modules.  Direct client feedback has been critical to the success of FAME.  

We are continuously striving to understand what we do well and constantly looking for ways to improve, which in turn helps us exceed client expectations and stay relevant in an ever changing workplace. 

The response was excellent and the FAME team have taken this feedback to help improve our product and service delivery.  Following are client excerpts about FAME and the FAME Team:

• FAME allows me to access information quickly and in a usable format.    
• The reports I can generate are a quick help.
• This is wonderful. All the info at your fingertips.   
• I can move from one module to the next with very little effort.  Each module is easy to navigate for outside users. 
• If you can use windows you can use FAME

• FAME staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
• Always get a quick response back to email or phone calls. 
• I have never had a problem reaching FAME support and if a question could not be answered immediately, the answer was quickly found and passed on to me. 
• FAME staff have been great! Even if they don't have an answer right away - they respond and get back with and answer as quickly as possible.
• We rely on FAME to operate our facilities department.

• Provides tracking of daily work and has helped to create a long term capital renewal plan.
