On the PM module home page a Calendar displays to indicate the PM's due. Click on any day and
the list on the right provides details. Quick links are provided to make it easy to
close or acknowledge completion of a PM.

PM Tasks schedule PM events to occur. You decide how often, indicate the service provider
and automatic reminders can be sent.

PM Workload clickable report displays amount of hours scheduled for PM work for any week.

Easily display a list of PM Tasks by asset, facility, date range etc.

Zoom to a specific PM event and record detailed findings, parts used, event photographic attachments
to record the state of the item.

Reports are a click away or run custom report providing your own specific requirements. You may even export
to the report Microsoft Excel.

FAME's Audit module allows you to record in Uniformat II categories the state of your facilities
and their components.

Each Audit can contain an unlimited number of items that are displays in a easy to use
explorer style navigation.

Service Request Module
Service Request Home Page. Displays graphical ticket status and list recently created
Service Requests.
